HC Associates Ltd, founded by Helen Cooper, provides bespoke HR services to Academies, Schools and Local Authorities. We work with you to provide a proposal tailored to your requirements ensuring a cost effective HR solution which meets the needs of your organisation.

Core to many of our proposals is our HR handbook which is constantly updated to reflect the law, changing good practice and the national terms and conditions for staff. It contains all the policies, procedures, management guides, contacts, flow charts and forms that you need to manage staff in the different categories of Schools or in an Academy.

Our aim is to enable schools to manage as much of their HR work in-house as they want to - ensuring best value for money. We can provide support and training to in-house staff to increase their knowledge and capability to perform a fuller HR management role. We can also provide a telephone helpline to support them as they get to grips with the sensitive and thorny issues that sometimes arise. HR consultancy is also available as and when needed.
