The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust (DPLT) Finance Manager
The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust (DLPT) are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Finance Manager who will bring enthusiasm and drive to lead the development and consolidation of the Trust finance operations through the next exciting stage of our growth.
Working with the Chief Executive Officer and Trust Directors, the post holder will lead on Trust Finance matters: including preparing an annual budget for the Trust Board and managing day to day operational spend. The post holder will provide specific expertise in long-term financial management ensuring that all requirements of the Department for Education (DfE) and Education Funding Agency (EFA) are met. As part of this role the post holder will work closely with the Heads of School in the nine primary schools in DLPT to ensure compliance with financial procedures, including the purchasing of services, the preparation and monitoring of individual Academy budgets and ensuring that Academies comply with their statutory obligations.

The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust is a charitable multi-academy trust (MAT) specialising in the Primary sector. We are building a thriving community of schools that succeed on behalf of their children. The Family of Academies within the Trust currently incorporates two hubs; St Neots and Fenland.
The St Neots hub has five academies; Middlefield, Winhills, The Round House, Great Staughton, and Kimbolton. Whilst the Fenland hub incorporates four academies; Thomas Eaton, Glebelands, Leverington and Murrow. Work: Commitment 52 weeks but this is negotiable (minimum 43 weeks)
Salary: Range £30,978 - £45,421 (pro rata) negotiable, depending upon experience.
