Exhibiting Opportunities at the NASBM National Conference 2011
The 2011 NASBM National Conference will take place on 23 and 24 November at the Hinckley Island Hotel.
The Exhibition will run alongside the Conference and will be located in halls near to the main conference room. Pleae click on the links shown below exhibition fees to see the plans.
Around 180 delegates, predominantly School Business Managers, will be served refreshments and lunch in the exhibition areas allowing plenty of opportunity for exhibitors to promote their products and services to these delegates.
Exhibition Fees
Exhibition Stand - £1750
The fee includes:-
- 2m x 1m space only stand in the London Suite or a 3m x 1m stand only space in the Lakeside Suite. Both options include a 2m trestle table, table cloth, 2 chairs and a power point socket .
- Delegate list with full postal addresses
- Refreshments and lunch on Wednesday 23rd November and Thursday 24th November for up to two stand representatives
- 200 word entry with company logo in the exhibitor guide
- Company name and logo in the conference programme.

Gala Dinner - £85pp
Attendance at the Gala Dinner on the evening of Wednesday 23rd November. A further opportunity to network with delegates over dinner. This includes pre-dinner drinks, dinner and entertainment.
Bed & Breakfast at the Hinckley Island Hotel - £120
Bed & breakfast at the hotel for the nights of Tuesday 22nd November or Wednesday 23rd November. The charge is per night for single occupancy.

Charity
This year we have chosen to support the ‘Help for Heroes’ Charity (registered charity no.1120920). The charity was founded in October 2007 out of a desire to help the wounded service men and women returning from Afghanistan and Iraq and provides direct, practical support to those injured in the current conflicts.
